How to Install an Occupancy Sensor

Did you know that you can save a lot of money, in addition to helping the environment, by replacing your home’s old light switches with occupancy sensors? The steps to achieve it are easy too. First, turn off the power to your outlet. Then you have to remove the switchplate and disconnect the wires from the standard switch to the outlet. For the next step, connect the wires from the occupancy sensor switch to the outlet. In the fourth part, you must push the wires back into the outlet box and attach the occupancy sensory switch to the wall. Finally, turn your new sensory switch on and enjoy!
