How to Make a Shiplap Wall

Last Modified June 18, 2018 By Staff Writer

Installing a shiplap wall is a simple project that can be done with minimal tools and knowledge. First a person will want to remove any nails or hardware from the area. Next locate and maker the studs, as this allows for secure anchoring. Measure out the shiplap lengths, cut to size and use a finishing nail gun to anchor. make sure to leave a bit of space between rows, a craft stick works well here. Install half round or quarter round molding to cover corners. finish as desired.
