So many plants seem to need more of a direct sunlight, but there a group of plants that actually do better with more subtle lighting. They are also fairly durable plants, and do well with little fuss, so they are perfect for those that are not expert, or don’t want to spend a lot of time tending to their houseplants. Some examples would be Devil’s Ivy, Mother-in-laws tongue and the peace lily. There are many other examples. The great thing about these plants, is they also add to the air quality of the home.
